Tenancy Application

Please complete all sections within this form, the more information you supply, the quicker we can complete the referencing process, please use the 'Comments' section to add any additional information.
An application must be completed for each adult that will be living in the property.

  • ALL BOXES MUST BE FILLED IN. THE FORM WILL NOT SUBMIT IF BOXES ARE EMPTY.
  • If you cannot supply information for certain sections, please look for the individual instructions per section.
  • Please note you may lose your holding deposit if you have failed to give required information.

Failure to complete this form within 72 hours (3 days) will render any holding deposit void and Homelife Properties reserve the right to retain this money. The property will also be relisted for advertising and you will not be offered a tenancy agreement.

    If you have answered yes to the above question, please give details on the number of children, age, gender, behaviours and anything you think we will need to know.
    If you have answered yes to the above question, please specify how many, the type of animal and its breed, its age, name, behaviours and any other information you think we will need to know.
    If you have answered yes to the above question, please specify details of the County Court Judgements, the reasons for it and information on how you are paying it off. Also give information of any other debts you have.

    Non UK Share codes are required from all non-EU citizens.

  1. We will not start your application and will continue to show and advertise the property until the holding deposit is received. ​
  2. Until a tenancy is signed, all adverts remain live.
  3. Only one holding deposit can be placed at a time for a property on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis, therefore if a payment has been made on the property you are applying for, before you yourself have paid, we cannot accept another payment and will suggest another property for you to look at. 

​If all documents are not supplied within the allotted timeframe, we reserve the right to continue viewings on the property to find an alternative perspective tenant. If this happens, your holding deposit will not be refunded.
