  • Please supply 2 forms of identification by emailing a copy of it to [email protected], one of which must be photo ID. Acceptable forms of photo ID include Passport, Driving Licence or valid Citizen Card. Second form of identification must show proof of address. If you have attached these documents to the form, please disregard this.
  • Please supply bank statements showing your income and expenditure.  If you have attached these documents to the form, please disregard this.
  • Pay a £150 holding deposit. If you have not already paid this, please contact our office on 02380 671774 or 07720 200455. You can also email us at [email protected]. We will then supply you with our account information and a payment reference. If you have already paid this, please disregard this.​​
