FOLLOW UP INSPECTIONS

We may book you in for follow up inspections. 

These inspections will be carried out to ensure that all works detailed within your pre inspection checklist are carried out. The sooner you do these works, the less requirement for us to carry out follow up inspections. 
The viewings team may also request follow up inspections if you are not keeping the property in a consistently good condition during viewings. 

During each follow up inspection, you will be given a new checklist. This checklist will detail all works that are still outstanding and anything that has come to light since the pre inspection.

We may carry out a number of pre inspections before you move out and we may continue to do them even after finding a replacement tenant for the property.

The main reason for the pre inspections is to get you a full return of your deposit. We are giving you the checklists and carrying out these to help you and save you money.
