We will advertise your property to find a replacement tenant. When we have an interested party, they will wish to come view your property.
During this process, we request that you keep the property clean and tidy so that it is seen in its best possible condition. The better you keep the property, the more chance of success we will have with finding a replacement tenant which in turn means we will have to do less viewings.
You will be given adequate notice when we carry out viewings, usually in writing by text, WhatsApp or email. If you are unable to be at the property during a viewing, that is no problem as we have a spare key for entry. If you are home during a viewing, we ask that you wait outside during the viewing so that the property is not overcrowded.

If the property is not kept in a good, showable condition and we are unable to carry out viewings due to the tenants neglect, this may mean that you will become liable for any lost rent, therefore it is vital that you follow the checklist given to you in the pre inspection and act on it immediately.

How to help with viewings
- Wait outside while we do viewings
- Keep the property clean and clutter free. Hoover the floor, do the washing up etc
- Air the property out prior to a viewing
- Make sure all lights are working so the property is not dark during the viewing
- Make the bed
- Carry out the works on the pre inspection checklist before we come
- Report any maintenance that needs doing
