This is your final day in the property so its important that you make sure you have completed all the works on the inspection checklist before leaving. Once you have left, you will not have any chances to re-visit.

Below is a list of things to check for before you hand back the keys
We may not be able to attend the day you vacate the property. If we can not, please leave your keys inside the property and close the door behind you. If the door does not automatically lock, please lock the door and push the keys under the door.

- Take photos of your meter readings, you will need these for your deposit return
- Carry out your own move out inventory video
- No personal items have been left in communal areas
