Deposit return procedure

We carry out a strict procedure when calculating the return of your deposit. In order for us to calculate this successfully, we require information from you. Below is a form to complete to supply this information so that your deposit can be returned promptly.

Deposit returns take up to 10 working days to process from receipt of the required information in the form below. It is essential that you send as much information as possible to help speed up this process and enable us to return your money to you sooner.

We can not complete your return of deposit without the required information within the form below.

    Meter Readings

    Please enter your meter readings taken when you vacated the property along with who your supplier was. If your bills are included, on prepayment meters or you did not have a meter to read, please type 0 in all boxes.

    ​If you forgot to read the meter when you vacated, please type in 'FORGOT'. Please note, if you did not take a reading, this may delay the deposit return process.

    Final Bills

    Please enclose copies of settled bills including, where applicable, gas, electric, water and council tax. You do not need to do this if you had your bills included with your rent or if you were on pre-payment meters.

    We can not process your deposit return without evidence that your bills have been settled.
