BEFORE YOU GIVE NOTICE
Before giving notice, you need to make sure the notice you are giving is correct and does not breach your tenancy agreement. It is advised that you read through the section of your tenancy to make sure your notice meets the requirements, however here is a list of a number of clauses that are standard within all of our tenancy agreements.
Please be advised that if you give notice that breaches the terms set out in the tenancy agreement, the notice may not be accepted or you may face further charges.
- Your notice can not expire during your fixed term contract.
- Your notice must be a minimum of 2 months and must expire on the day before your rent due date.
- You can not give notice if it expires in the months of December or January.
