When a tenant wishes to vacate a property, we follow a strict procedure to ensure that the process goes as smoothly as possible. This process is broken down into 6 steps:

2. Pre checkout Inspection
3. Viewings
4. Follow up inspections
5. Move out day
6. End of Tenancy
