Tenancy Application

Thank you for choosing to apply for a property with us.
Please complete all sections within this form, the more information you supply, the quicker we can complete the referencing process, please use the 'Comments' section to add any additional information.
An application must be completed for each adult that will be living in the property.

  • If you can not supply information for certain sections, please look for the individual instructions per section.
  • Please note you may loose your holding deposit if you have failed to give required information.

Failure to complete this form within 72 hours (3 days) will render any holding deposit void and Homelife Properties reserve the right to retain this money. The property will also be relisted for advertising and you will not be offered a tenancy agreement.

    Each applicant is required to provide two personal references, these are people we can contact incase of an emegency.

    Acceptable forms of photo ID include Passport, Driving Licence or valid Citizen Card.
    Second form of identification must show proof of address; these can include bank statements, utility bills, etc.
    Bio-metric Residents Permits and share codes are required from all non EU citizens.

    I declare that all the above information is true. I understand and agree that if any information is false I shall have no rights to any tenancy with Homelife Properties. I hereby authorise Homelife Properties to make the necessary reference checks and all credit checks with Credit Safe UK during the application and throughout the tenancy.
    Where a physical viewing has not taken place, the video tour for the property will stand as the viewing.
    I understand that this application is a legally binding agreed document between myself and Homelife Properties​ 
    ​A holding deposit is payable with this application.
    This deposit is non-refundable if:
    1. False information is given
    2. The application form is not returned within 72 hours (3 days) of the date and time of viewing the property/paying the holding deposit
    3. I/we (the applicant/s) change our minds during or after the application process.
    4. The applicant does not have the right to rent in the UK
    5. The applicant refuses to give documents and information requested
