Please note you may lose your holding deposit if you have failed to give required information.

Failure to complete this form within 72 hours (3 days) will render any holding deposit void and Homelife Properties reserve the right to retain this money. The property will also be relisted for advertising and you will not be offered a tenancy agreement.
